*The Role:*
As a Special Needs Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students with autism, helping them to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff, to create and implement personalized learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each child. Your expertise will help foster a positive and engaging classroom environment where every student feels valued and empowered.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and deliver tailored educational programs for students with autism.
- Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Provide guidance and support to teaching assistants and other staff members.

*What We’re Looking For:*
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with children with autism and other special educational needs.
- Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorders and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and patient approach to teaching.
