Job Summary:
We are dedicated to providing exceptional speech and language therapy services to children and adults across Lverpool. Our multidisciplinary team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients, and we are looking for a newly qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join us in our mission.

*Role Overview:*
As a Newly Qualified Speech and Language Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, providing assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for individuals with communication and swallowing difficulties. You will work closely with clients, their families, and other professionals to develop tailored therapy plans that promote effective communication and enhance quality of life.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans.
- Provide therapy sessions in various settings, including schools, clinics, and community centres.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to therapy.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress.
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in speech and language therapy.

*Qualifications:*
- A relevant degree in Speech and Language Therapy (BSc or MSc).
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for helping others and a commitment to professional development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
