Terms and Conditions for Hindsight Recruitment
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Hindsight Recruitment (“the Company”) and its clients (“the Client”) and candidates (“the Candidate”). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services Provided
Hindsight Recruitment provides recruitment services, including but not limited to:
- Sourcing and screening candidates for job vacancies.
- Providing consultancy on recruitment strategies.
- Facilitating interviews and assessments.
- Offering market insights and salary benchmarking.
3. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding job vacancies.
- Ensure that all job descriptions comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Notify Hindsight Recruitment of any changes to job requirements or candidate status.
- Pay all fees as outlined in the service agreement.
4. Candidate Obligations
The Candidate agrees to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in their application and during the recruitment process.
- Notify Hindsight Recruitment of any changes to their availability or circumstances.
- Respect the confidentiality of the Client’s information.
5. Fees and Payment
- The Client agrees to pay Hindsight Recruitment the fees as outlined in the service agreement.
- Payment terms will be specified in the agreement, including any deposits, retainer fees, or success fees.
- Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the recruitment process. This includes, but is not limited to, candidate information, company data, and any other sensitive information.
7. Liability
Hindsight Recruitment will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. The Company’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that caused the damage.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms and Conditions and fails to remedy the breach within a specified period.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
10. Amendments
Hindsight Recruitment reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients and Candidates will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
11. Acceptance
By engaging with Hindsight Recruitment, both the Client and the Candidate acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
