Cost of Sponsorship License
If the healthcare organisation does not currently hold a sponsorship license, they
will need to apply for one at a cost of £1,476. This sponsor license will enable the organisation to apply for Certificates of Sponsorship (COS).

Certificate of Sponsorship Fee
The cost to allocate a COS for each Tier 2 candidate is £199. This is a mandatory fee in order to issue a COS for each candidate.

Immigration Skills Charge
The Immigration Skills Charge is a mandatory fee for Tier 2 candidates and is currently set at £5,200 per candidate for a five-year visa. This cost is usually paid by the healthcare organisation.

Home Office Application Fee
In addition to other costs, Tier 2 candidates may also be responsible for paying a £500 Home Office fee when they apply for their visa.

Home Office Application Fee
It is possible for healthcare organisations to choose to pay for a priority application service in orderto receive more allocations from the Home Office. The cost for this service isan additional £200.
