Integration Programme

we offer a UK Healthcare Integration Programme. feedback from previous
employers has demonstrated there can be a gap in understanding when
coming to work in the healthcare industry in the UK. Our healthcare system
is stringently regulated and coming from abroad can mean there are many
cultural differences in best practices. Our program looks to bridge that gap,
we offer 12 online sessions with our candidates to assess their readiness for
interviews and commencing work with their new employer. We also provide
practical sessions in our training centre as well as the opportunity
for shadowing shifts in a care home when they arrive to ensure a smooth
transition.
